Mabel is our beloved family pet. She is a stunning chocolate / white merle working cocker spaniel. Herstunning colouring is properly reflected in the first photo with the double image. She is almost 8 months old and is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date with flea and worm treatment. Her mum and dad are both full pedigree working cocker spaniels but we bought Mabel from a friend and were never given any papers for her. Her dad is currently the most extensively tested cocker spaniel in the world. please see the attached photo of him for the details. We bought Mabel from the litter of our family friend’s litter of pups in July following the death of my little girls daddy. I worked from home at that time but have since had to return to office working and Mabel is therefore spending lengthier periods of time at home alone. We’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision of re-homing her. Putting our own emotions, wants and feelings to one side and putting Mabel’s needs and best interests first. She craves attention and praise. She loves being around people. She thrives when exploring and learning. She is at her happiest when everyone is at home and when she’s outdoors. We have to do what is best for Mabel and we currently cannot meet all of her needs to provide her with the fulfilled life that she deserves. She is the most intelligent dog I have ever known. She learns super quick. She obeys commands such as sit, lie down, paw, wait, leave it, wee outside. She knows walkies, dinner, treat, sausage, toy, she fetches her ball and has recently been learning recall and has done amazing with that, coming back every time and playing nicely with other dogs. She’s fully house trained and sleeps very settled and peacefully at night in her crate. She is full of life and a massive bundle of playful energy. I will not consider letting Mabel go to a home where she will be left alone for long periods. It’s imperative that her next home is forever as we really can’t bear the thought of her going through all of this again. Mabel is fed Butternut Box and I will happily accept her next food delivery in order that I can give this to her new family to take this away with them so that this can be changed gradually if you wish to change her diet, although this diet does seem to suit her very well. I have 2 personalised door stops / stair barriers that I had made with her name on, also a harness, coat, collar and lead. You would be more than welcome to take these items too. Mabel is very loved and I cannot stress enough the importance of her going to a home where she will thrive and all of her needs will be met. £200 non-refundable deposit. no time wasters and please do not try knocking down the price of our girl. any questions please contact me.
